What is Miura Vegetables?

We offer delicious dishes using Miura vegetables.

Located at the southernmost tip of the Miura Peninsula in Kanagawa Prefecture, the city is surrounded on three sides by the sea. The western shore of the peninsula faces Sagami Bay, the eastern shore faces Tokyo Bay, and the southern shore faces the Pacific Ocean. Jōgashima, a famous tourist attraction, is on the southern side. Most of the land is a plateau 40 to 60 meters above sea level, and Miura vegetables grow in fields overlooking the sea.
