[Example of how to make sushi at home

Transfer No. 3 cooked rice to a Kiso Sawara rice bowl (han-dai) and pour your favorite sushi vinegar over the rice. Mix the rice and sushi vinegar using the Miyajima to cut. First, grate the wasabi with a sharkskin grater and carefully pound it on a spruce cutting board. Slice strips of your favorite fresh fish from the supermarket into 5mm pieces, and together with a small amount of rice and wasabi, make sushi. If you use Kyoto sudare, you can make rolls. You can also make your favorite gunkan by putting salmon roe, sea urchin, crab, etc. in a seasoning bat. Use a brush to brush soy sauce on top of the gunkan and conger eel. For shiny fish and salmon, we also recommend seared zushi using a home burner. For seared zushi, we recommend Himalayan salt and kabosu on a stainless steel mini grater! A copper tamago-yaki pan can be used to cook authentic hokko tamago-yaki.
