This is a dried 40% buckwheat noodle made from "Dewa Kaori" buckwheat flour produced in Yamagata Prefecture and sold only at Yuyuan Yanaka. 180g per bag is enough for 2 servings. We propose a style of eating buckwheat noodles with salt and sobayu (buckwheat water) as well as kake-soba, heri-soba and zaru-soba. Please contact us for recipes.
Cooking method: The standard boiling time is 6 minutes. Please adjust according to your preference. For zaru soba, when draining the water from the noodles, rub the noodles with your hands and drain off the water to further enhance the aroma of the buckwheat flour.
